Levy of GST exempted for Fumigation of Agriculture Produce in Warehouse

As per the NOTIFICATION  NO. 2/2018-CENTRAL TAX(RATE) DATED  25/01/2018 related to levying of GST. SERVICES  BY WAY  OF FUMIGATION IN A WAREHOUSE  OF AGRICULTURE  PRODUCE  IS
EXEMPTED FROM GST. NOW ONWARDS  ONE COULD RAISE  BILLS  WITHOUT CHARGING GST FOR
FUMIGATION  OF  AGRICULTURE PRODUCE  IN  WAREHOUSE.
