Oppurtunity for some more Indian products to enter Russia

The Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance(FSVPS) of Russia has informed that, in view of special economic measures in relation to Turkish Products, effective 1st January, 2016, the import to the territory of the Russian Federation of some of the categories of goods originating from Republic of Turkey shall be prohibited.

Hence, FSVPS would authorise the Phytosanitary Certififcates issued by the Department of Agriculture & Cooperation, Ministry of Agriculture of Republic of India w.e.f. February, 2016.

List of some of the agricultural products, materials and food products originating from Republic of Turkey, and the import of which into Russian Federation shall be prohibited effective 1st January, 2016
