PHYTOSANITARY TREATMENT AND ADDITIONAL DECLARATION OF VARIOUS COMMODITIES EXPORTABLE TO IRAN FROM INDIA

Maize(Corn), Barley Aluminium Phosphide;   Fumigation with 2 gm. phosphine gas per cubic metre above 15° C.(Since 3 gm. ALP Tablet releases 1 gm. of Phosphine gas, 6 gm. of ALP is to be used.) 7 days prior to loading. The consignment is free from:-a)    Araecerus

b)    Stenocarpella maydis

c)    Pantoea stewartii sub sp. Stewartii

d)    Stenocarpella macrospore

e)    Ambrosia spp. and

f)    Striga spp.

Period between sterilizing and loading should not exceed 21 days.
Cotton Treatment should be done on vacuum with 26 inch ( 660 Mercury ) pressure and minimum 15 C temperature with 128 gram metbroumide (Methyl bromide) gas per Sq meter.  It has remained for 3 hour in vacuum room The cotton is free from plant material and all pest and diseases including :1. Pectinophora   gossypiella

2. Pectinophora scutigera

3. Helicoverpa zea

4. Farias fabia

5. Anthonomus grandis

6. Glomerelia   gossypli

7. Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. Malvacearum.

IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY THAT ALL ABOVE POINT ARE MENTIONED ON PHYTOSANTIARY CERTIFICATE including the treatment carried out.

 

 

Rice Fumigation with Aluminium phosphide at dose of 9gm/Metric Tonne with exposure period of 72 hours. Certificate of Fumigation, certifying that the vessel’s hold prior to loading and after completion of loading, is fumigated by recirculation system to be issued by the Inspection Company or its authorized agent in India. 72 hours Phytosanitary Certificate evidencing that the rice is substantially free from Trogoderma granarium and other injurious pests and diseases.
